What we do
-
Shopify and Odoo
Your stores connected to Odoo 19 Community with the OCA connector we wrote: products, stock, customers, orders, returns and refunds, for one store or many. We set it up, configure it for how you work, and extend it where your setup needs more.
-
Accounting that balances
Shopify Payments payouts, fees, disputes, gift cards and multi-currency, turned into journal entries from Shopify's exact amounts. When something doesn't add up, you get a clear error, not a quiet balancing line.
-
Point of sale & warehouses
Shopify POS sales from each shop brought in as orders and routed to the right Odoo warehouse, so stock is right everywhere you sell.
-
Your other systems
Not on Odoo? We connect Shopify to the ERP, accounting, shipping or custom backend you already run, through the GraphQL Admin API and signed webhooks, with checks that catch anything missed.
-
Custom apps & automation
A private app or a scheduled job for what Shopify doesn't do out of the box: order routing, bulk edits, custom reports, syncing with a supplier.
-
The store, too
If the storefront needs building or a redesign, we design and build it alongside the integration, so the front and the back are planned together.
How it works
-
Map it first.
We list every flow: what moves, in which direction, and which system has the final say on stock, prices and money.
-
One flow at a time.
Usually orders and stock first, then accounting, then point of sale. Each one runs against your real data before the next begins.
-
Keep it healthy.
Health checks, a sync dashboard and scheduled reconciliation, plus us. We stay to look after it when Shopify changes its API.
What we won't build
An integration that is right most of the time. For stock and money, that's wrong. Ours never assume a webhook arrived, check themselves against Shopify on a schedule, and stop to tell you when the numbers don't match.

Commerce work we've done
- Shopify Connector for Odoo: written by us and contributed to the Odoo Community Association in July 2026, with modules for accounting and point of sale. Source on GitHub.
- Kantong Sayur: a grocery marketplace for traditional markets, with apps for shoppers and merchants, an admin panel, and later a wholesale side.
- Calvin Kain: the online store for a hijab and scarf label, built with Clicks&co.
- Our WooCommerce plugins: free plugins for min and max quantities, restock alerts, product image zoom and variation galleries.
