Odoo, plus your own pieces
Often Odoo covers almost everything and one part of your work needs something of its own. We keep Odoo as the core and build the one module, app or report it doesn't have.

Products, customers, suppliers, opening stock and balances brought over from spreadsheets or your old software, and the people at the counter trained before go-live.
Odoo or custom?
It's the first question everyone asks, and the honest answer depends on how unusual your business really is.
- Odoo when your flow is what most shops, distributors and restaurants do: sell, restock, pay suppliers, close the month. It's faster and cheaper, it's open source, and Odoo Community has no licence fee. You bend a little to fit it.
- Built to measure when the system is the business: a pricing model, an approval chain or a service Odoo would fight at every step. It costs more up front and fits exactly.
- Both when Odoo covers the everyday and one part of your work is yours alone. This is the most common answer.
We map your flow first and then recommend one, in writing, with what each would cost. Whichever you choose, it's built on open, mainstream tools that any good developer can pick up, so you're never locked in to us.

Walk the floor first.
We follow a sale, a delivery, a stock count and a month-end the way they happen today, and write down where things get lost.

One part at a time.
Usually the till and stock first, then purchasing, then accounting. Each runs on your real data before the next begins, so the shop never stops.

We stay.
New outlets, new reports, Odoo version upgrades and the questions that come up on a busy Saturday. PeopleBond has worked with us since 2019.
What we won't do
Sell you a system you don't need. If Odoo's standard apps cover it, we'll say so and keep the custom work out. If your flow really is different, we won't force it into Odoo just because that's easier for us.
