Our content
The writing, design, images and code on this site belong to us unless we say otherwise. You're welcome to read, share links to and quote from it with credit. Please don't copy pages or images wholesale or pass them off as your own.
Client work we show
The case studies under Projects show work we did for clients. Their names, logos and products belong to them, and we show them as examples of our work. If you're one of those clients and want something changed or taken down, tell us and we will.
Free plugins and apps
Our WordPress plugins are free and licensed under the GPL, which sets what you may do with their code. They come as they are, without a warranty, so test them on a staging site first and keep backups. Our apps are distributed through the App Store, and Apple's terms, along with each app's own policy, apply to them.
Working with us
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Prices, timelines and deliverables for a project are set in a written agreement we both sign, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here. Results we describe are from past projects and aren't a promise of the same results for yours.
Links to other sites
We link to client sites, app stores, WordPress.org and other places. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say or do.
No warranty
We try to keep this site accurate and working, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using it or relying on what it says.
Privacy
What the site collects, and why, is on the privacy page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the update.
