Quill Word Counter
A free word counter that also shows reading time, post length limits and the words you repeat
Quill Word Counter is a writing box with the counts writers check most: words, characters, sentences and paragraphs, and how long the text takes to read and to say out loud.
It also measures the text against the length of an Instagram caption, a Facebook post, a post on X and a short blog post, and turns red as you get close to each one. Below that, it lists every word with how many times you used it, so the repeats stand out.
It's free and runs in your browser: the text you type isn't sent anywhere.
