MyVivaldy
The client
Vivaldy Skin Clinic is a dermatology and venereology clinic run by PT Viva Estemedika Indonesia. We also built its website and made its marketing design.
What we made
MyVivaldy is two things: the system the clinic runs on, and the app its patients carry.
The clinic side runs the day, from appointments and clinical records to the pharmacy.
The patient app, on iPhone and Android:
- Booking. Choose the clinic, a consultation or a treatment, the doctor, the date and the time. Only times when the doctor is actually free show up.
- Reminders. The next appointment sits on the home screen, and a push notification comes before it.
- Visit history. Past visits with the treatments received and the medicines prescribed.
- Account. Sign in with an email or a phone number, in English or Bahasa Indonesia, and delete the account from inside the app.
How we approached it
One system serves both sides. The times a patient sees in the app come from the same schedule the clinic keeps, and a visit the doctor records shows up in the patient's history. The apps are native, SwiftUI on iPhone and Jetpack Compose on Android, and talk to the clinic system over its API. We have worked on MyVivaldy since 2024.
